A dropshipping supplier lives on repeat orders and on answers. The old site listed products but could not say what was in stock, so every order became an email and every email a delay.

A catalogue a reseller can read
Products grouped the way a reseller shops: by category, by margin, and by what ships together. Catalogue, ordering and inventory are 3 modules on one WordPress install.
Stock that tells the truth
Inventory is managed where the order lands, so an out-of-stock item stops taking orders instead of taking them and apologising.
Ordering without a thread
The order form carries what the warehouse needs, which removes the back-and-forth before a parcel can move.
Chat where the question happens
A chat widget on every product page, because a supplier's first sale is usually a question about shipping.
